Error MSExchangeTransport event ID 3020

Now I'm facing this error in Exchange. Any help would be very appriciate

Cause: A forward loop was detected by the categorizer. This is a common hosting configuration problem caused when someone uses the provisioning tool to create a contact in one organization unit and creates a user in a different organization user that share the same e-mail address.    
Solution: Verify that you do not have a user in organizational unit and a contact in a different organizational unit that have the same e-mail address.

Do you know where to look in Active Directory to check email addresses?
Did you get another error in the event log to point out the offending entry?

I know where to look in Active Directory to check email address. that is Properties account and see it in General tab. Is it right? And I just get that error. and sometime i get event error 1023 POP3SVC

I'd doubt these errors are related, however the POP3SVC might be from Virus protection or connections dropping, shouldn't happed often though.

OK, assuming you have a AD integrated exchange server, the email addresses are in
Active Directory Users and Computers -> Users -> Select User
Select the tab marked 'E-mail Addresses' and they will be listed below.

To check the contacts, just select a contact rather than a user above...

Now, the server is complaining that an email is used twice in a forest, but in a different container.
Without seeing your AD setup, I cant know how complex it will be to find, you may need some tools or scripts to report on the email addresses used.

Checkout scriptomatic at the scripting center, they have some CDO scripts that will report email addresses.
