Hi Experts out there,

Anybody have any idea whether is it possible to use Lotus Notes programming language to allow export a form from Lotus notes into PDF format?
I try using File Export command but that is only for excel and certain format. Is it possible to use any other command to export form to PDF format?

Thank you a million.

Or, if you already have Adobe Acrobat (NOT the Reader), you can use the COM-interface to develop the print you want.

See also www.notestopaper.com for their Notes2PDF product.

Is there any way without using 3rd party software but just the Lotus programming itself to create this function? Thank you.

Not without redesigning all the code needed to create a PDF file, since this is not native to Notes.

I hope this helps !

You need SOMETHING that speaks PDF. Some of the third party software is available free.

As an alternative, print to postscript for conversion later.

I just do a "print" and choose print to Acrobat instead of my printer. Then it can successfully print to PDF.
Thank you.
