Public Folder move error?

I'm simply trying to move all public folders to another exchange server so I can finish decomisioning it however when  I go to right click on the public folder (general purpose) and click on "Move all Replicas" I get an error described below:

Your profile is not onfigured. An expected , unkown error has occured MS Exchange Server Information Store ID no: 8004011c-0521-0000000
IDno:c1050000
Exchnage System Manager

Any ideas? The store is mounted

Ah got it. The mail store with the system attendant account was dismounted.
