adventnet helpdesk software not working with microsoft exchange .

Hello expert,

I looking to implement Adventnet help desk solution.

During trial i found  Adventnet help desk software was  blocking

mails held on my exchange server from uploading to my clients.

Note all clients use Microsoft outlook as there mail clients.

Can any expert please help.

Jomfra,

you mean that outlook does not work anymore? Or doesn't  the Adventnet software receive any mail?

hello Expert,

The outlook freeze and hang, hence i had to temp shelve the trial.
