Hi,

I wnat to create the user on my windows 2003 server which help us to monitoring the network server disk space using 3 rd party tool , plz suggest

You could create a domain user for this task.
You should give it sufficient right on the servers you wish to monitor.

Try to run the scheduled task or service with this account

These are called service accounts.

Hi,

These  server are host in USA ISP and not in domain invirement, I only able to use these thing after giving the administrator right, kindly suggets any other options to give the mimum rights

Ok....local account
What's wrong with administrator rights? You could place it in the local adminstators group.

You could give a suitable name and very complex password.

It's just like the administrator account. Which should be renamed ofcause.
I always rename the administrator account and then create a account with no richts that's called administrator to log breakin attempts.

I need to use this account on 3rd party server montior software and don't want the administrative right for this user, any ohter options for the same
