Hello kieranjcollins,

For those who cannot see clipart, are they using IE6 or IE7?

1. See if this MS article can fix your problem
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/883972
or
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822518

2. If you cannot view pictures on any website, follow these directions
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=283807

3. Try using Firefox.  This will determine whether the problem is in the browser or in the system.

Hope this helps!
