I tried to update one record from publisher and it's taking 1min for the changes to get updated on the subscriber .

Any reason why ?

... is the mirroring take a minute, or is the mirror job only running once a minute ? It should be running continuously.

... what about the network latency. I tested mirroring in my testlab and a certain scenario run in a few seconds. When I set it up with my colleague across the Pacific, it ran for almost 45 minutes ... all due to the network.

One record should be done in a blink of a eye. If the two machine are standing 'next to each other' and the job runs continuously ...

Hope this helps ...

What sort of info do you need in Repl monitor , there is no confilit , one update was done on one table ,download was done then sync but it takes 1 min before showing on subscriber

Keep refreshing it during the minute it takes to sync and see if there is any activity. The stats should make it clear whether the replication is waiting for a minute to start syncing, or the syncing is just taking a minute.

it has to be something with the network ... let your network guys help you check out the network traffic when doing a sync. Maybe someone can run WireShark for you ... don;t try it yourself it's a network sniffer, that kind of software can get you into big problems with the network guys !

Hope this helps ...

Only a few packages should be send over, depending on the SQL code.
