using Windows 2003 Server R2 has as sysprep

Hello

I made a question asking about how to make a image of my server hard disk, someone advised my Acronis. to make de image, Ii bought it but,  now I want to know if Windows 2003 Server R2 has a tool as sysprep according to prepare the image and can install in another equipment and probably another another hardware, is it possible

Finally mi goal is to make sure that in the probably case that some thing append with the hardware i could restore in another equipment with the same hardware o probably another

Please Help me
