Header/footer files for my webpage (500 points)

I need to get the header and footer files from my website design. I need to discard the blue left side column, so the text (welcome to our website. Coming soon) can begin at the far left.  I still want the design to stretch across the page.

My webpage is here:
http://www.chronosystems.com/header/

The template zip file can be downloaded from:
http://www.chronosystems.com/header/header.zip

This is urgent so I am giving the maximum 500 points for this, in addition to my grateful thanks.
