New added users can't login to OWA

I have a problem with our exchange server,
when I'm creating new user in AD and adding a mailbox,
the user can access his mail trough outlook,
but can't login to OWA, every time he gets error saying password is wrong,
but I've check it by logging in a regular pc with the enw username/password, and it's worked, only to OWA you get wrong password  error.
anyone encounter such a problem?

do you have to supply your domain name follow by user name when logging into OWA (e.g domain name\username ?

try going into IIS\Default website\exchange   right click it and select browse, it should ask you to supply your domain\username and password? Do you still get the problem?

What is the exact error message that is displayed?  Is it '401 - Access Denied', or similar?

When they try to login, does the login box keep popping up a few times?  Or does it just appear once, and then the error message is displayed?

Thank you all, the problem has solved.
Apparently there were a lot of DNS errors in both domain controllers we have.
I can't tell what was done because I not the one who fixed it, what manually arranging the DNS records solved the problem.
