Member services??? Do you mean member server? If so then yes you can. And your SBS CALs would have already covered your Win2003 server CALs.

I don't know the answer to this and I haven't heard of any limit on how many server you can have in SBS environment. However, I can't imagine you needing too many to be honest.

Exchange, ISA and SQL are included with SBS. Remember SBS only supports upto 75 users (or device) CALs so basically I can't imagine 75 users (if you have 75) will need too many member servers. By the way if you have more than 65 users you really need to think about upgrading your SBS environment into Wins2003 for future growth.

I have a client who has 4 member servers in his SBS network (2 servers in remote sites, 1 file and 1 TS server). So I know SBS will at least support 4 member serves.
