Cant view other outlook2003 inbox

Hi I have a bit of a strange situation with a Mailbox access using Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003.

Basically one of our users has being granted full mailbox ownership to an inbox

But for whatever reason she can not open/view the content of this mail box from her inbox. you get the message: "Unable to display the folder. The inbox folder could not be found". I have also have logged into the mailbox profile and set delegate permission  but still no luck.

Any thought will be welcomed.

Thanks in advance.

How long ago did you set the permissions?
Exchange caches permissions and that cache is only flushed every couple of hours.

What permissions did you grant to the user?
Just Full Mailbox? Anything else?
Have you verified that the permissions are in tact in ADUC?
