Hi I  need some suggestions on  new Server installation  
Right now our current setup  we have  one Xeon Server with Windows 2003 server and Exchange 2003 server Installed on it and one P4  Server with Windows 2003 sp2 and ISA 2004 Server.

i  have bought a new server now i need to transfer some of the roles from main Old server and create some kind of fail over between these 2 server  that is main domain controller goes down people can still  be able to login to the other server.

Please tell me  how can i install this

You will just want to have 2 Domain controllers on your network.  With 2003 they did away with the concept of Primary and Backup domain controllers.  Here is a walkthrough from microsoft on how to do htis.

Just be aware that the new server being installed as a domain controller will still allow people to login, it will not help if you lose the exchange services and such like.

could guys tell me hpw easy it will to migrate exchange server to this new server and how can we use migration of exchange

do i have to rejoin all the system again to domian
