When installing MS Outlook 2003 I am having a re-occuring problem.

Once installed the user can operate fine until he restarts his laptop, once restarted he double clicks the link and gets an error saying he cannot run the application as it is not installed.  We have uninstalled and re-installed 3 times now and each time the same problem.  Please help

Hello hertel-dev,

Backup your PST file.
Run the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove all traces of Outlook.

Then reinstall Outlook.

Hope this helps!
