convert bitmap using freeimage.dll

Hello

I am using FreeImage to convert a bitmap from BMP to 8bit greyscale and then I am saving it to jpeg...
http://freeimage.sourceforge.net/

That is working, but I can only use it when I open it directly from the filesystem... and saving too

How can I convert a system.drawing.bitmap to a freeimage-bitmap?
and how back?

This filter will allow you to filter an Image object:
