People cant see my attachments

Ive recently migrated to mac mail and people are replying that they cant see my attchments. I can actually see and use the attachments from their reply! I've checked that the send windows friendly option is ticked and it still happens. Ive upgraded to Leopard is this a bug?

http://www.ncmug.org/tips/mail_attachments.html This page  is a good resource for this issue. I would add, however, that Windows machines may need to be told which application is supposed to open that which you sent.  Naturally,  10.5.1 is out so you could update but this is an old issue.
