Outlook Web Access is part of Exchange Server and does precisely this.  It is normally installed as part of the Exchange Server installation.

Since you've already mentioned it, I'm not sure how this doesn't already do exactly what you want?

which version of Exchange are you using?

Owa as mentioned above is web based access to your mail system and has been around for a long time and is a solid product.

yes , now the user use this program to enter to email but i want to use other program to enter to email (using web interface) program install on server and give the user ability to enter to email via web program working with windows (like squrrie mail or horde mail in linux)

>>>which version of Exchange are you using
i have two location one have exchange server 2003
and second location using internal email (use only windows 2003 email server without exchange server) ( i want to use web interface for this internal email)

OK, think we're getting to the issue now.

So you want a web interface for your non-Exchange server, is that correct?

What is the POP3 server you are using on your non-Exchange server?

Is it a Microsoft Small Business Server?

Seems a reasonable price and feature list, if you can't face using Exchange in the second site.

This software is designed for exactly what you want.

You install it on a server with access to your POP3 machine, on it directly if you like.

There shouldn't be any need for any particular thing on the client side, just a web browser.

But you'll need to check their documentation to see which web browsers are supported.  You should be able to assume IE 6+ and FireFox 1.x+

From their site:

Intuitive Webmail GUI
@Mail includes "Advanced" interfaces for both IE and Mozilla/Firefox that look like traditional desktop webmail clients, utilizing the latest in Javascript/XUL & Ajax technologies. A light-weight "Simple" inteface is also provided, for access via any browser.
