Users receiving meeting requests & a meeting request for other attendees. Requests are generating by 2 PA's with same result.

When either of two PA's create a meeting request & sent them on to managers, each manager receives their meeting request as well as a meeting request for all of the other attendees.

PA's are setup as Reviewers on each managers shared Calendar.

Any way I can prevent each manager from receiving the other managers meeting request also? I'm sure it's a setup issue I just can't figure it out.

1 Solution
First of all check the "Delegate to receive copies of meeting..." checkbox under the "Tools->Options->Delegate Tab-Delegate Permissions" . If it's checked  delegate will receive copy of every meeting request.

However this setting is not checked for any of the "Delegates" setup.

However each "Delegate" has "Reviewer (Can read items)" permissions set. Also under "Tasks" the following is set "Editor (Can Read, Create, and Modify Items)".

No permissions are set.

If you remove one manager from the Delegates and send the meeting request, does he still receiving it?
If not, maybe the "Send the meeting requests nd responses only to my delegates.."  checkbos is check under the Tools->Options->Delegate Tab
