Want to import 2003 contact history into 2007 outlook

Just bought 2007 office and I want to import all my contact information, and all the history of sent emails and such.  I am not sure how to get the info from the one computer and then transfer it to the other.

The best way to do it is save your contacts and e-mails into the PST file and then you can opem this PST in your second computer and get access to the data.

In 2003 do I save as a personal file?  What steps do I do to import?

Try the next steps:
To export your data:
File->Import and Export->Export to file->Personal Folder File->Choose the whole mailbox and check the "Include subfolders" checkbox. Choose the plase to save and finished the operation.
To Import:
You can Import the data directly to your 2007 folder via Import and Export option or you can open the PST as additional mailbox via File->Open->Outlook Data File.
Import:
File->Import and Export->Import fromanother program or file->Personal Folder File->select the source  PST file and then select the source folder and destination folder.
