Blue Screen Error

While running google Earth on mobile internet on laptop, computer freezes and comes up with blue screen error -

0x0000008E. (0x80000004, 0x806eaac9, 0xa91b1s4c, 0x00000000)

Can access other sites without problems, and access emails also. It is when google earth zooms in that computer freezes
