Hi,

I have several mail enabled public folders, i have applied the reg key for all mapi objects sent to my public folders to be displayed as a Note and not a POST (by default). But the problem i have is, to make it easier to staff to tell when a email in a public folder has been replied to make the icon change from the envelope to an envelope with a reply arrow on, as with a normal mailbox email.

Have scoured the message groups looking for an answer, any advice would be great.

Thanks
Jon

The reason you cannot find an answer is quite simple - the icon doesn't change. Public Folders cannot retain the reply to or forward to status. If you want that then you will need to use a mailbox, or adopt some kind of procedure, perhaps using sub folders to move email messages in to.
