i do however have it installed on my server network.

so... how do i/ is it possible to recover the CD-KEY out the the registry?
i have tried magic jellybean but no luck!

We are currently in the process of updating all of our hardware and i need the KEY urgently!!
If anyone knows a way to recover it i would be very gratefull.

Depends which version of Exchange. If it is volume edition then no key is required. You only need a key for retail box. If you have access the volume download site then you can download a new copy from there.

Thanks For the Comment Simon.

it is definatly a retail box version.
it included 25 CALS and we purchased extras on top of that.
i have the CALS but can not find the retail box and that has the original CD-KEY on the packaging
