Experts, I need to send an e-mail to a large number of people and I was wondering if Outlook 2003 has a feature where I can avoid recieving all of the company's out of office messages as I will only delete them anyway and it will help to reduce the mail traffic. Does such a feature exist?

Kind regards, kevin

The simplest method would be to make a rule within Outlook to delete all the Out of Office replies by subject when they arrive in your inbox. I do not believe there is a way to specifically deny receiving Out of Offlice replies however.
