ws ftp transfer manager disappeared
Hello
I have been using ws ftp v 7.5 for some time. Suddenly Transfer Manager has disappeared.
If I go to view - Transfer Manager and select it it does not get ticked and does not show.
Any ideas how I can get it back please
Thanks John

Thanks
For some reason I could not download the software again but I found the original zip file So reinstalled.
Unfortunately all of the site details have disappeared so I will have to recreate these unless I can find the file where these details are kept.
I do have a back up.
Have you any idea what that file may be called please?

I haven't used the software before - but I would have thought that the configuration/information would be stored in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ipswitch - but if it was in the program dir - then you will have lost the info during a reinstall.
Apologies that I cannot be of more help.

Thanks for that,
My old files were in allUsers but my new files are in myusername. I uploaded the files to that new path and all seems to be working. Does that sound in order to you?
