Outlook Contacts?

I'm having an issue with one user who says her Contacts have not been restored in outlook 2003. Basically, are the contacts on the server? The issue is she says she lost her contacts after a restore of her mailbox.

Any ideas?

Outlook contacts can be stored localy and on the server.
Assuming there were no errors during the user's mailbox restore, try to look for her contacts at:
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost
with a little luck, this file wasn't overwritten and you'd be able to recover the contacts from it.
