Looking for commandline mp3 mixer.

I've been looking for ages for a command line software that will assimilate 2 mp3 files inside another.
I repeat, not 1 after the other, but 1 INSIDE the other. Like karaoke music and voice playback assimilation.

Preferably with the option to delay 1 of the files to assimilate (for synching purposes).

Don't care if it's free or not. Willing to pay for it.

Thanks a lot :)

Hi yyyannag,
do you wonder why you havent received any comments yet?
Take a look at the complexity and topic of your question  ( command line) and then zone you asked it in.
Not a good choice for this type of question.
You would have better responses posting this type of question in zones such as

Sounds like your trying to multiplex or Mux  some audio tracks together.
I can offer some ideas for you.
If they don't help you post some pointer questions to point to this one.
