explorer.exe freeze-up

A network server running Server 2003 (Microsoft) can be accessed for all installed software except when attempting to access explorer of IE then is freezes.

I had a similiar problem and adding the UPnP driver in the Networking Components fixed it.  Try it and see if that fixes ur problem too.
