I need to know how i could setup 2 computers in my LAN at home in outlook 2003 to sync email with both a laptop and a desktop, i want to be able to see the same email on both computers?

Try these:

I cannot personally recommend any of the programs mentioned, as I do not use them. But they look like they'll do what you have described.
