Currently at my office we are using Exchange 2003 with public folders and we have multiple calendars. For simplicity sake one calendar is called Office Calendar and another is called Conference Room Calendar. In our company we use the Office Calendar to keep track of where people are and what they are doing, meetings, conference calls, etc; and we use the Conference Room Calendar to keep track of who is using the conference room. What I have been asked to do is to find out, if at all possible, if I can create an appointment on the Office Calendar can I also have that appointment 'copied' to the Conference Room Calendar with out manually copying the appointment over. If someone could please let me know that would be great!
