On Server Management -> Internet and E-mail -> Connect to the Internet
I created a new Web Server Certificate and now anyone can access to the companyweb.

I am assuming that you are using a intranet site.  The following work through will allow only users that have an active directory account to use your site.

go to start -> administrative tools -> and then select Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager
Expand the proper Server. (Probably the name of your server)
Expand Websites.
Right click on the name of your site and select properties.
Find the Directory Security tab and click it
Click on the first button marked "edit"
Uncheck the "Enable anonymous access" check box
Put a check in the box next to "Integrated Windows Authentication"
Click ok then apply, then ok again to close the box.

Restart IIS
click on start->administrative tools -> Services
Right click IIS Admin Service and click Restart.(this will prompt an action to restart dependent services.  Click yes.)
Wait for the services to restart and then close the box.

You should now only be able to access that site if you have an active directory account.
