Hi,
I want to start learning sybase with 0 knowledge but I do have good knowledge with sql server, so how do I start to learn this database

Given you say you know MS SQL well already, the intro Sybase training courses probably would be way too boring for you.

I'd suggest you download one of the free versions of Sybase ASE (I am assuming you mean ASE; Sybase have multiple database products) and have a look at some of the manuals. The System Administration Guide is a good place to start for a DBA perspective, and the Performance & Tuning Guides will have some stuff useful for developers.

All manuals are available from www.sybase.com/support/manuals

Sybase also have a whitepaper on migrating from MS SQL to Sybase ASE. I haven't read it but it may contain some useful tips in terms of "if you're using to this, it works this way in Sybase". It's at http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1047976
