Dear sir ,
            i have microsoft office 2003 and 2007 ,and runniong exxchange server 2003 in comapny  i want to share calanders and tasks with some users , how should i do that kindly advice

Use Delegates option to share contacts and calenders with other users with specific permissions.
Go to Tools --> Options --> Delegates, in outlook and add the users to whom you want to share contact and calender.
