How to remove favorites center from navbar

I am trying to remove most of the Internet Explorer 7 functionality so it is just a blank screen (without icons, menus, address bar etc).  The only thing I want showing is the navbar with tabs only on it.  I have managed to remove everything through registry entries but have been unable to find a way of removing/hiding the favorites center star and star+ icons on the navbar.

Does anyone know if it is possible to do this?

Thanks

Have you taken a look at this? Also may be an easier way to manage something like this rather than reg edits.

Thanks for your reply.  Unfortunately the IEAK wizard allows you to disable the Favorites menu items but it doesn't remove the favorites center icons from the navbar.

It appears that it is not possible.  However, pointing me in the direction of IEAK was very useful so you can have the points.
