Favorites Group Policies not working

We redirect our favorites to a network share. I also have a policy that adds favorites to the users favorites list. I am redirecting via a VB script and using the built in GP to add the favorites. I am pretty sure it was working at one point but now i can't get it to work. I thought it might have some issue with me redirecting the favorites, so I changed it back to the default location and still no favorites. When i look is ROSP it showed the CES Favorites policy has been applied successfully.

It redirects the favorites to there home folder which is on the network share. They have full right to that location. Here is a copy of gpresult:

...so u configured the share with the favorites in the user policies to the home folder of each user?!?
Can u create a test share on the server which is not user depending and map this share to the users?
