In addition to the default Microsoft Outlook Calendar, you can create other Outlook calendars. For example, you can create a calendar for your personal appointments. Is this possible in Lotus Notes 6.5? If so, how is this accomplished?

Using the standard Notes templates:

(1) From the main menu in Notes, select File > Database > New.
(2) In the new database screen, select a server where you have the "Create Databases" privilege. If you don't have this privilege on a server, you can still create it locally.
(3) Enter a title and filename for the calendar.
(4) In the Template section, select "Mail (R6)".
(5) Click OK, and the database will be created.
(6) Open the new database and switch to the Calendar and bookmark that view.

For other template options, check the OpenNTF web site.
