how to keep the copy of  mails on exchange server for 1 day

Dear sir ,
                   i have exchange server 2003 at my office , when i am in office i receve mails in my blackberry device , but when i go out side the office i am not able to receve mails in my blackberry , related to this i have talk to Etisalat people , they said that we have to make a setting in exchange server to keep the messeges on server for 1 day , so that when i come to office next day the mails can be downloaded in my blackberry too.
   kindly guide me how should i do this settings .

Hi,

Are you downloading all the mails from exchange to your Pst file.
Why not keep the mails on the server.So that you can see them on the BB also.
Every day you can manually move mails to the pst which ever you feel you dont want future reference on the BB.

                my mails are on server itself , i am not downloding in pst i.e microsoft outlook

When you have mails on the server itself and not configured to your pst you should be able to see the mails in the BB.
I dont think there is any setting that we can do to keep mails on the server for 1 day and then download.
