Hi,

Are you downloading all the mails from exchange to your Pst file.
Why not keep the mails on the server. So that you can see them on the BB also.
Every day you can manually move mails to the pst which ever you feel you dont want future reference on the BB.

as per your question

>>my mails are on server itself
When you have mails on the server itself and not configured to your pst you should be able to see the mails in the BB.
I dont think there is any setting that we can do to keep mails on the server for 1 day and then download.
