Microsoft Office 2003 Input Method Editor (IME)

I downloaded the IME from the following page.  But when I try to install it, the installer is written in Japanese or (Chinese) I can't tell the difference.

Why is it doing this? I need an english install.

Double-check that you have the correct language selected before downloading again.

Correct language is selected.
Do you have all service paks installed for Windows XP?.
Also Microsoft site for Office Updates you may need.

Etircet,

Could you tried this yourself.  I am not asking you to install it, just to begin running the install and see what language it is.

I think you should check that you do have all available service paks installed.
Which one of the files did you download?

I downloaded all three install files.  All of the installers are written in japanese.  I currently have service pack 2 for Office 2003 installed.

Waiting to here back from them.  Supposedly within 24 hours.
They may have just placed the wrong files in the download area but I am interested in knowing the outcome.  Please keep me posted.
