Microsoft Office 2003 Input Method Editor (IME)
I downloaded the IME from the following page. But when I try to install it, the installer is written in Japanese or (Chinese) I can't tell the difference.
Why is it doing this? I need an english install.

Etircet,
Could you tried this yourself. I am not asking you to install it, just to begin running the install and see what language it is.
