That I am not sure, I haven't seen it on any webpages before, but I suspect (if it can be done) needs a bit of styling and javascript coding to get the desired effect.

does someone have a javascript code that checks if caps lock is on and displays a message balloon like windows does when your are going to insert a password and the caps lock is on?<br />
i need it to apear everytime, but one time when the password input box has the focus and when clicking on the balloon the message disapears.<br />
