I looking for a way to mimic the one click create letter feature found in ACT. I'm using using Outlook 2003 and I would like a simple way to create letters to outlook contacts. ) Is there a way to simplify the process using a macro? In the end I would like to open outlook, select a contact or contacts, & click button on the toolbar that starts the merge.

How do I simplify this process? I would be happy with a 1 or two click process. Is this something that is possible, or is there no soultion to my requests? I'd even be happy to purchase a 3rd party solution. (except ACT -lol)
