Query Exchange User setup type.

Is there anyway I can find out which users access their mailbox via POP and which ones use RPC over HTTPS ?

RPC over HTTPS will be in the HTTP logs.
POP3 logging will need to be enabled on the POP3 virtual server in ESM and then something used to process the logs.
