How/where can i occasionally download a file containing a list of registered domain names (just the list of SLDs)?
I believe there 're about 60M .com, and lesser numbers of .net and org.
I realize these would be "out of date" by the time i finished downloading, but that's okay for my research/statistics purpose.

thanks

(DNS was the closest category i could find)

I don't think you can actually get this freely avaialble.

http://local.google.com/answers/threadview?id=530120 <-- says you need to become a recognized registrar.

http://www.domaintools.com/internet-statistics/ has stats, but not a detailed list.
