I found http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb153523.aspx
it stated the following
"
WebPartManager : The central class of the Web Parts control set, managing all the Web Parts controls, functionality, and events that occur on a Web page.
WebPartZone : The primary control in the Web Parts control set for hosting Web Part controls on a Web page.
"
From what I understand WebPartZoneManager isnt real ProxyWebPartManager has to have the WebMasterPage class added to the mast page.
So if I undstand everything WebPartManager is the correct answer... Like always if I screwed up on something please explain
