My application is not prompting to install ActiveX viewer, however if it is already installed it brings up the report.
If I do Tools ->Internet options and clear history, then bring up the report,it gives me a blank screen with red cross sign. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My webserver has only Crystal Reports 11 R2 installed.
Thanks

WHat is your application written in?  Is in in VS 2005?

How did you install the application on the server?

It is written in ASP. Just like any other ASP application.

I resolved this issue, this is because of the Security settings on ActiveXViewer.cab on web server.
