Move only calendar and contacts to new forest

We are moving from Exchange 2000 to a completely independent Exchange 2003 installation.  By independent I mean we have a new AD domain, new forest, new exchange server all running in parallel.  We currently have no trusts between the two domains.  We have manually recreated the user accounts on the new server (only about 50).

When we preform the switch over, users will export all their old mail to a PST - join the new AD domain and start with an empty mailbox.  We were planning on getting users to export their calendar and contacts and then import that to the new server, but is there a way to batch export and import calendar and contacts only?  We do not want to migrate the mail data for reasons I wont go into here :)

Thanks,
Fred

Exmerge is the only native tool that can extract content, but I don't think it will extract just those folders. That probably means third party tools, but considering the number of users that may not prove a good investment.
