I hired a person to take a form with mulitple combo box components.  Take the entries and make an emailable form out of this.  Now I get a message below that I am trying to make sense of.  They want more money when if I am correct you would just need to add a listener to the page and transfer all drop-downs to a variable.  A little wisdom here would be appreciated...I have a feeling I am being taken to the cleaners.  If anyone can make sense of the email below and validate or refute the info it would be greatly appreciated.

email:
Looks like project is gonna be more difficult after all. The thing is all the form elements in the fla file are defined as flash components which can be used for within flash interaction (you pick an item from drop down menu list and it does something in flash) whereas if we want to submit the form to an external page, all the menu items will need to be recreated as flash's "input text" and flash buttons (for radio buttons and drop down menus) and each assigned a variable so that its recognized by the php file.

It sounds like you are talking to somebody who does not really know how to use Flash components...  All you need is one function call that fetches all the user input and pass them as separate PHP variable just like you said...  ;)
