printer prblem

Helping a friend who is trunning winXP and using an HPc 6180 and is unable to print anything but number 10 envelopes.

Sorry I do not know the exact locations of the menu items but you should be able to understand this.

Try going to the actual printer and getting into the settings by using the display and menu buttons.  There you should find a paper size setting.  Change it to whatever size you need.  (this setting overrides all paper sizes selected from the properties tabs located on your computer.)
