we are having serious problems with our e-mail at the moment.  alot of rejected mail and i noticed in the tracking tool that we have alot of this message.
service@cuna.org - your card has been deactivated.  is this part of a blacklist message?

That sounds like a SPAM message. Do you have any content filtering on your email that you could add that too?
