Virtual PC hangs after 1st reboot during windows server 2003 install
Virtual PC hangs after 1st reboot during windows server 2003 install. I get through the DOS portion of the install, and when the system reboots to load wibdows and continue the install it just hangs. If i Leave the ISO/CD image mounted, it hangs at the boot from CD prompt. If i unmount the ISO it just hangs during the boot process after the POST. Any ideas?

How much RAM and Virtual Disk did you give it?
ASKER
Virtual Disk is 10 Gb primary, and 2 - 6 Gb virtual disks. There is 1 Gb of RAM. The disks are fixed size.
Ok, that rules them out.
I'd say this sounds like a mass storage driver issue, but in a VM that shouldn't be the case.
I'm thinking about what else this might be.
