Have you purchased Leopard legally? If so, use the DVD out of the box to install. I can't think of too many instances in which you'd legally obtain a DMG of the Leopard DVD, instead of the Leopard DVD itself, and also be unable to burn the DMG to hard media on your own.

Please explain your situation, as assisting in illegal hacks and such is strictly forbidden in this arena. See http://www.experts-exchange.com/help.jsp#hi100 if you have questions.

To burn the DMG to your DL DVD, open Disk Utility from Applications > Utilities, drag the DMG file into the Disk Utility sidebar, select the DMG from the sidebar, and click Burn at the top. This will produce a bootable Leopard DVD.

To boot from it, put the DVD in the computer, reboot it, and hold down C when the gray screen comes up.
