I believe that AOL has a limitation on sending more than 50 recipients at a time.

I would recommend one of two solutions:
1) Obtain a regular software application designed to do this exact task.  Search for solutions for "mailing list" managers, sales force automation systems, contact managers, etc.
2) Write a keyboard macro with a tool like KeyText 2000 (www.mjmsoft.com).
3) Write your own solution, either in 3GL or even Web/ASP code.

I have frequently use the second solution in conjunction with an Excel spreadsheet whereby I have the Macro update the "Email Sent" column, pull data from Excel fields, and then send the message.  In KeyText 2000, this type of macro looks something like this:

{Right 8}{F2}{End}; EM{Date "MM/dd"}{Shift Tab}{Left 7}{Right}{Ctrl C}{Activate "Thunderbird"}{Ctrl M}{Pause 0.4}{Ctrl V}{Tab}Quote Follow-Up{Tab}Dear {Activate "Excel"}{Left}{Ctrl C}{Activate "Compose"}{Ctrl V}{Back}{Ctrl-Shift Left}{Back}:
<message text>
{Call A}
{Ctrl-Shift Return}{Activate "Excel"}{Down}

Of course, you'd put in the proper keystrokes for your own applications, but this is the basic construct.

The third option is more viable if you have the information in an ODBC-accessible database, as writing a simple ASP page to send the Emails is pretty easy, and tutorials and sample code can be found on the 'Net.
